Everything depends on what you want out of the deal and what's your long-term vision.

Might be worth going to if you think you want to invest with them.One thing I have noticed lately, but must have been that way for a long time, is that people go to one presentation with one sponsor and think WOW this sounds really good, without investigating much of the general landscape of investing...and then they seem to get tunnel vision on sticking with that sponsor.

I would recommend talking to at least 3 or 4,  to see who shares the same vision, same processes, and same future forecast.

You will ultimately have to reflect on your values, vision, and goals to determine what is best for you. 

You can entertain different ways to achieve your ultimate portfolio, but you need to have a clear vision of what it is you want to accomplish.
