We basically have a musical chairs of renovated units going on :-) One gets finished, and the swap begins.

The music stopped between going into contract and lenders pulling their loan commitment weeks later.  

Rather then just asking, "when did you buy your first property", I would prefer to ask, "what financial instruments did you use to purchase your first property".
