You will simply not see enough to be able to make an informed judgement of the extent of damage, so a walkthrough is simply required.For my remote flipping, I usually do a FaceTime walkthrough with someone at the property that I can direct and go through a checklist of items.

As far as removal from the old one talk to your mortgage person, they may be able to use the judgement for the 6 months to clear that money.Good Luck!
