Hey @Alex Ng, that is exciting to hear you wanting to start a MTR Business, especially the emphasis on the business part.

They qualify on the full amount of the line at a higher-than-current interest rate using global income (not just that property's income).  

It may generate revenue for a short time but you will get caught considering the emphasis on regulations for these type of properties. 

Then along comes a global pandemic, which nobody could predict, and makes it even worse!

But if you're on www.hudhomestore.GOV (emphasis .gov, not .com or .net or anything else) then you're at the right place. 

Than, review your place, what of those do you have, what do you absolutely not, and how can you diminish the emphasis on "nots" and highlight the "do's". 

(although I think they had a hue lawsuit and major issues here in central OH with Corcoran Global last summer, don't really know what happened but thats a totally diff post).
