Best avenue to add an electronic option to rent collection?

Cash, checkbooks, credit cards, mail, jewelry, priceless mementos, expensive electronics and prescription drugs all need to be locked away or moved somewhere else during an open house.

I just converted over to electronic signatures on all leases and addendums last month, and it is AWESOME!

The "old" ways still work... doesn't have to be "electronic..."

We are using the "rent-by-room" strategy, and we put electronic locks on all bedroom doors and the front door.

I use the same quickset electronic deadbolts on all my properties.

Can't help with the ATL or legal aspect, but most/all electronic read meters still have the old fashioned dial as well.

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for electronic receipt / invoice storage compatible with Mac? 

For labor payment, sending a physical check might take too long, so maybe a bank transfer or venmo could work, that also leaves a electronic paper trail. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.
