Why do investors want to work w/Wholesalers vs Realtors?

Wholesalers have 0 oversight, a Realtor has 100% clarity, the investor get's to see and know EXACTLY what that agent is taking as a commission on it, and in large part us getting a seller down another $10k, $20k, has almost no effect on our commission so when were representing the buyer, oh-yeah we go for it.
