WA's B&O tax

Hello, WA real estate investors!

Any insights what's the story w/WA's B&O's tax (link below)?

I just sat down w/bookkeeper and she mentioned I need to pay B&O tax for my holding LLC but not for my real estate LLC. I have a structure where holding LLC owns Realty LLC that actually runs a rental property business for legal protection purposes.

Any directions for how to get better clarity much appreciated.
