Big responsibility caring for "Critters".It's a business usually done by "Horse loving people" who ride and know the lingo and go to shows etc...It's not like a used car lot where you can open some cut rate thing -- horses require care around the clock sometimes.Hay, straw, carrots, apples, stall cleaning, hoof cleaning, vet visits, farrier visits, lunging, etc..I'm not saying you should not do it, I'm saying it's not rental real estate--it's it's own business (that you may have to put a lot of time into. And Maryland I assume Hunter/Jumpers, are you familiar with that lingo--and painting the lunging rings, and etc...for many it's a labor of love, and if that's you're competitors--ouch...I love horse, but caring for them is a LOT of work.So what I'm saying is this is NOT rental real estate, and THINK before you leap.Just my 2 cents.Hunter Jumper: https://www.youtube.com/watch?
