Looking to potentially change who I am using for my 3 bed 2 bath in Marvilla.

My plan currently is to use a combo of hard money and small business loan to cover the costs of the flip (seeing as I am a recent college grad and don't have a lot available to put down with the hard money... even though I know this will effect the profit margin because I am using more loans). 

On January 1 this year my well dried up, and because I was not collecting rent and bleeding money (not to mention earning about half as much income as I am used to Stateside) we borrowed money from my mom to replace the well ($10,000).

I am using this report as an addition to information from my previous post which was written by me from my research at the time 5 months ago.

Also, if I leave my profits in the account, the fee goes up but if I take my profits out they charge $75 per transaction to move money out.I'm going to check out some of the other companies in this post but am I being unrealistic and/or too cheap about the costs for the level of service I am using?

I am using my cash on the purchase and renovations.
