Looking for help with a flipping spreadsheet

Hello everyone, I am newer to BP and the community, and also to the investing side of real estate. Currently I am looking to get into a flip and was just wondering if anyone had a rough spreadsheet they use for evaluating a flip deal. I have a list of everything I would need to account for, purchase price, realtor fees, holding costs, renovations, etc. However I know there are a lot of things that first timers often overlook, and while I will be checking my list multiple times I thought I should reach out and see if anyone had something they were willing to share. If not any advice or tips is helpful! My plan currently is to use a combo of hard money and small business loan to cover the costs of the flip (seeing as I am a recent college grad and don't have a lot available to put down with the hard money... even though I know this will effect the profit margin because I am using more loans). Either way if anyone has info that would be appreciated!

Best,

Brandon
