When it happens is a crystal ball prediction.....Also heard that the feds might drop the rate 1-2 more times in the next 12 months.......

I don't have much faith in BOAs crystal ball, either, just asking for clarification.  

This is just my opinion because there’s no exact science behind this and I don't have a crystal ball.

You need to know your strategy.I’m a little concerned about you committing to a mortgage if your job is unstable, thus you must make sure your purchase will pay for itself, ie cash-flow.Advice:Read the book by Josh Dorkin and Brandon Turner on beginning in RE to get crystal clear on what strategy you want to pursue if you are uncertain.

I definitely don't think anything big is happening soon but cycles are imminent and major of the big firms are expecting some sort of downturn by the end of 2021 (but you are correct, no one has a crystal ball).

The more crystal clear you are as to expectations, the better.  

A couple of things flawed with your options:No body has a crystal ball so unless you are certain that there will be a fire sale 2/3/4 years while you are in CD's, stay in the real estate game.  

Although I admit, my crystal ball is not any more reliable then anyone elses'.
