You have a lot of people involved and it's better to agree on what you'll do should the business not pan out as you expect, now before anyone is invested.Good luck!

If you live in an area where rates are high then the numbers may pan out.  

. - get a retirement pan - depreciate auto and take mileage deduction - put kids on payroll with IRA for kids - get home office deductions- if self employed, pay insurance via Scorp ( also other fringe benefits)- more

The good news -the hunt eventually pan’s out up here..The reward is high and inventory prices are starting to get corrected from the COVID boom..Check out across the creek in Catskill - W.Bridge properties, A lot is planned over there as well !

Previous off the shelf cleaners could not get the smell out of the plastic pan.

The job relocation did not end up panning out the way we intended so we are considering doing a seller finance with an assignment fee to get our money out of it and move back to TX.
