I'm sure this will add significant cost either way.Long term I'd like for my parents to be able to keep the DADU as a rental and supplement their income as the rent would likely far exceed the loan payment since they are located in a HCOL area (Redmond, WA).

I was thinking in the spirit of Michael Wagner's previous lunch meetup that we could try and organize a monthly lunch meeting for those interested as a supplement to the FFREIA meetings.

Or should I just incorporate stating that the LLC is meant for the management of real estate and supplemental investment activities?

On a DSCR loan, this is the only income on the loan, and on conventional it is a supplement to the borrower's other income. 

@Garrett Stockton many have tried, and more more are trying to use software to streamline and replace/supplement people in the process.All sounds good on parper - then you have to deal with lazy & tech-UNsavvy tenants and owners who want everything spoonfed to them.
