It sounds like you're missing the basics and you're asking complete strangers from other parts of the country on how best to invest $700,000 in Orlando.That's hypothetically foolish.

One of my concerns is that renters might not be interested in staying in a place with 2 other strangers and sharing living spaces with them, but I could be wrong.Any other recommendations or considerations I should be thinking about would be greatly appreciated as well!

So I realize that this is a touchy subject and can be very embarrassing for anyone in this situation and certainly not easy talking to someone about it let alone to a complete stranger on the phone.  

I'm thinking from a seller's pov that my trust is being transferred to a stranger.

I highly recommend doing some soul searching and consideration of what you truly want in life before taking the direction of a stranger.

So, if your LLC is supposed to be like a stranger, how/why would you quit claim deed to Title to a stranger?

Not only that but there's a hundred other guys trying to do the same thing.Rehabbing it yourself is expensive in that it eats up your time, you'll still have to hire a helper who may or may not flake out on you or steal all your tools and unless you have a lot of experience it's gonna look amateur.You may not be able to foresee problems that an experienced GC would spot a mile away.I'm no stranger to swinging a hammer, trust me, but on this property I just acquired I have a GC handling the whole thing.
