Does anyone have a blank purchase agreement and assignment contract that I can use in Pennsylvania?

I built rapport with someone at the local code office who was very good at her job and just point blank asked her on the phone if she knew a good electrician.

I know new st and mission st are a bit rough.

Does any have a blank copy of the PA Agreement of Sale - Residential (ASR)? 

You can google those to get a template, it's pretty simple (literally fill in the blanks).  

They even hand out PDF fliers for their products with the logo and contact info blank, so the mortgage broker can slap their own logo and company info on it; the consumer wouldn't even know it was Angel Oak until the transaction was live.

The standard Realtor contract should have an inspection period that is blank where you can put in however many days you want for that. 

If no federal supplement, then that individual is staring at $280 per month.  

If they're asking you as an investor to sign a blanket "work with me for (blank) months as your exclusive buyers rep" then I would not.
