I look back now and taking on a big project like that and having success has been a catalyst for my growth and success since.

Started in Nov. 2016 and was approved by Feb. but had a hiccup that had me waiting for "re-approval" for about 2 months.  

Some of my friends that have sold off tech companies still are out innovating and creating new businesses.

So if you notice there is a difference here between a rapidly innovating and disrupting tech ecosystem model we have here in Silicon Valley versus what we have in the great city of Detroit where we had 3 automobile giants who refused to innovate.So I will buy into the bubble and the recession but I don’t think that the DNA of the valley matches the DNA of Detroit as a fair comparison.

Glad to meet another married couple partnership with the wife as the investing catalyst. 

That said, to the site's credit I still learn innovative new strategies every day from investors on the forums and podcasts that I employ in my business and personal portfolio.

Try not to panic.... be resourceful and try to innovate.

A lot more people would be willing to strike out on their own and try innovation if the pesky problem of being bankrupted by one illness was eliminated.

Limited production and groundbreaking innovation could lead to collectibility.

I am going to contact another RE agent up her way and see if she would be willing to try and find a buyer for her land so that in the future maybe I can be on the purchase side for her property here, but any other innovative ideas are very welcomed!
