Brandon Kelly I don't see any harm in asking a property manager why they aren't going with XYZ vendor.

I would need to trust that a person would not steal my things or harm my pets.The ideal situation would be to not have a roommate but financially it would help me out a great deal.

If repair isnt a major issue that is causing further harm, why not let it go until their gone?

However, I am not too familiar with ozone generators and the harm they can cause.  

Can’t see the harm.....if it goes worst case and the tenant wants to/can buy the property, and you end up in court, the tenant would prevail anyway.

If the numbers work, then "no harm done".
