No clouds anywhere.

It works excellent, I snap a receipt on my phone categorize it by personal, specific rental property, or realty expense  for accounting purposes.The issue is that there is 0 cloud or website integration, therefore if I lose it I’m screwed.So the question is what accounting software would you recommend that can track personal, business, and multiple properties all in one.

For example St Cloud MN, where you can get rent-ready acquisition for below replacement cost value. 

Lots of people are choosing spots off 94 between big lake and Saint Cloud in the NW or across the river in Hudson on the east.

First, I would say the purchase price in 2021 is meaningless, so no need to even know that, let alone let it cloud your judgement.  

In our single family LTR's we used kwikset locks, in multifamilies we used ring cameras instead of CCTV as you pay per lockation and can have plenora of cameras storing video in the cloud for no extra charge.

Other than that I haven't seen anything else.On the other hand, there is community in St Cloud, which is selling brand new construction.

You can upload copies of receipts directly in the cloud and have everything all clean and correct at tax time.

Even if you have title insurance, dealing with a cloud on title and title insurance claim can be a major hassle, and could prevent you from selling the property in certain circumstances. 

Does it just remain and they can reopen the foreclosure and cloud title forever?
