I believe that prices are going to continue to go up and, at some point, we're going to see another mini bubble period until new construction can get back on track.You simply can't continue to provide housing for people when there is so little new construction going on when compared to what a normal market should bear.

I like the glass and the mini jet configuration and feel of the Cirri avionics suite...

That being said I am closing on a small mini storage facility in a very rural small town.

I have a friend in Austin building small mini garage parks (w/400sf offices)  that's killing it w/100% returns in a year as an example.
