Along with hundreds of articles, blogs and posts about how shady and aggressive the Rich Dad Education series are I found a 20 minute "Canadian Dateline" investigation that took cameras undercover and inside the 3 day class.  

But, I am not sure what are the tax and legal repercussions for a Canadian to invest in the US.

Hello - my wife and I are looking into investing in the USA. States that we’re interested are AZ, TX, FL, CO, and SC. Need advice and help with financing in FL or TX. Any help/ guidance ?

@Nicole YeboahI never had any fears about it but I had all my wife's fears to deal with which were inherited from her Canadian parents who are very financially conservative.

I have a cousin from states who's interested to invest with me in Canada, he would like to bring in the cash and I will take care of rest, so I'm trying structure the partnership right  so both of us can befit from it.I'm Just wondering if any Canadian friends had experienced similar situation?
