In my mind that's the midwest -- KS, MO, AR, OK, etc.

For some context- I have my Arkansas and texas real estate license and moving back to Arkansas in a couple months.

I sent my house flyers to every welding school and refinery in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Illinois, Tennessee, Indiana. 

I'm thankful we are still in AR and I have a day or two to receive feedback from this wonderful community that has taught me so much.

Fully agree with being close to the property as that is one of my biggest factors however the cash flow numbers look so much better outside of Texas such as TN or Arkansas.

When I got a good job offer about a year ago, we had to pick up and move from Central Arkansas to Southern California.

Are you all still meeting for the Central Arkansas area?
