Seriously...I'm a wedding photographer and I can't count the number of times I've returned a call and the bride was shocked.

When I was interested in learning about real estate investing in 2015 I had a business that I owner operated, another business that I was trying to get off of the ground, planning a wedding, driving LYFT late nights to save extra money for the wedding, working out 1 hour per day.

I would wait for the next major downturn if you are wedded to investing here.

There are meetings every other Wed. at Joes Crab Shack in Clearwater.There is a meeting on Mondays that Larry puts on as well.Message me if I can be of assistance.

Unfortunately, we have a wedding this weekend among a few other things for the kids but I will for sure get in touch with you soon so maybe we can meet up.

I think all of these venues from BP to gurus over glamorize how easy it is to make money in this industry and you will always have rock stars in any industry.. but the fact is 90% will fail .the ones that dont have day jobs make good money and buy rentals for long term

Will also explore other venues as I gain more experience, but initially & while holding a relatively well paying full time job I want to strictly invest and not work in real estate.
