If you want to be serious about generating leads and have the leads follow through with you, do not even give the slightest hint you are a wholesaler.We ONLY tell people we do .. do wholesaling when we can be in front of them in person to explain TRUE wholesaling.There are ways to tackle keeping the 2 on one website,  but I would say just don't do it!

To be honest, my lady wears the tool belt in the relationship and I'm just hired muscle, but I'm very confident in her vision, skills and execution, and I think there's very little that we wouldn't be able to tackle in terms of fixing up our first property.

My RE is trying to convince me to buy some unrented apartments that need to be completely overhauled, but that seems like a lot to chew for a first residential property, but that might be worth tackling.
