Then buyer who may want a wooded lot has trees, if buyer not want, then we can cut for them then.We will add the value of the lumber on the lot sale price as wooded lots here are diferent and thus more valuable for the folks who want that product.hope this helps,DeI was going to mention pushing over the tree's to pop out the root ball that is far cheaper way to go.. out on the West coast FIr is far more valuable than hardwood.. hardwood is darn near a weed..

there has to be some kind of force pushing the wall in, it takes a lot of time to move a wall that far, the last one I ran into was tree roots pushing the wall in, it could also be a stone foundation that is crumbling and has been scratch coated to cover it up, I would suggest getting a pro to come out and dig up outside footing and wall....done mostly by hand due to the fact that you could cause a cave in with heavy equipment.

I decided to pass. after crazy amounts of sweat equity/lead paint/crazy heating & cooling/trees/potential roots in sewer lines/dry rot or termites/foundation issues/etcstill left with lumpy house with crazy heating & cooling worth about what i put into it.
