I used to advertise rentals on ksl before they outsourced to Rentler.

Abilene Group LLC acquired 3 properties and out source properties management to Abilene Property Management LLC Which I am also a managing member.  

Thanks Mark Brogan just trying to outsource this task to my GC. $50 per box seems to be the going rate in my market.

They do out source their credit building program and also any accouting help with your business but I think they themselves are the registered agent for the business.

Those determinations may be hard to outsource.  

Just because you outsource something does not necessarily mean that it can, will, or should be totally passive to you.I'd love to hear if anybody has anything to add to or disagrees with the thoughts above ...

We tested out live chat with a dedicated operator (internal, not outsourced operator) and 99% of people ignored the proactive prompt ("Hi, thanks for visiting, let me know if you have any questions") We went for 7 days and the only visitor who engaged with the chat was not the target market (maybe an investor, I can't remember).

In my line of work, it is very rare to find one service provider on the mutual fund or investment management side to have all business related functions like trading, settlement, accounting, custody etc. done under the same organization or outsourced to the same organization.

I'm a big fan of outsourcing as much of my business as possible, but by doing the bookkeeping myself, I always have my pulse on the financial well-being of my companies.
