We brought on another partner who was instrumental in working with the seller regarding the seller financing portion of this deal. 2 units are vacant that need some moderate tlc that should be able to be tackled in a weeks time.

Feels go to take the next step after tackling some big tasks starting out.  

With that in mind, I'd love to hear advice regarding how to tackle such a large opportunity or where I should start. 

Surround yourself with people who are doing in a big waywhatever niche you want to tackle. 

With the increased issues relating to Fair Housing, it becomes even more important as almost every set of park rules and leases need revising in order to protect the community in certain issues related to Fair Housing and SACRA.The Iowa Manufactured Housing Association is planning to tackle this issue yet this year as the fines, penalties, and lawsuits against manufactured housing land lease communities continue to mount.

I honestly can't imagine not being there and trying to tackle that.

From your previous post, it sounds like the kitchens need to be done over so you might as well tackle the bathrooms.

Hey @James Gleeson there is a lot of questions here to unpack so I'll tackle the first one and maybe others will jump in to help with the others.  

There's clearly a middle ground between this and owning two quads for a couple years that I would need to graduate from first before tackling something like this.
