I love real estate agents.......when they are work for me.

Like you mentioned, prices are high here right now for good ROI, and on top of that the market is pretty saturated for rentals at the moment, so it's those unique/renovated/thoughtfully designed properties that offer extra character and charm that keep higher occupancy levels and offer a (somewhat better) ROI.

I also am an animal lover and understand the plight of people with dogs who can't find a place to live, especially in divorce or foreclosure situations.

I hear conflicting stories from different investors every day and although I respect the enthusiasm of my potential clients, I am always brought back to the reality that is Charm City.  

For me, Dallas is just a big city with a lot to do and see but not what I would consider a beautiful/charming city (same problem I have with Atlanta) and I'm not a fan of 100+ degree weather with the humidity (natural disasters are up for debate).

He is a little demeaning, but he has that Matthew McConaughey southern charm so he gets away with it.

I love real estate and am constantly scouting our area for good deals, being ones own boss allows me the time to do this!

While I love real estate, I am not a big fan of going into real estate to make money.
