@Avery Carl I don’t believe I have that spreadsheet anymore now that I have a bookkeeper.

You likely did not have a misc for items like portion of umbrella, rental tax, book keeping and tax man expense, unexpected utilities such as for a water leak (not tenant responsibility).  

@Brooklyn Taylor, this is why I'm glad I broke down and hired a bookkeeper.

But that's just me.Additionally, from a pure bookkeeping standpoint, those types of services force you to open an account with them so that you can receive the payment. 

I don't see any reason to separate it as long as you're record keeping and bookkeeping system is keeping it separate.

If this bookkeeper started your books for you, she owns the data.
