I used Citizens Bank which is a small regional bank in Virginia.  

Also, my wife is Mexican/ US citizen, so worst-case scenario she would buy the property under her name.

@Vincent Chen  If this is your first CRE investment in the US your best bet is to partner with a US citizen.

Originally we were going to go with TenantCloud, but their payment service Dwolla, doesn't service non-US citizens and we have a few tenants who are here working in the hospital nearby through work Visas.
