It is hard to make such a sweeping generalization. but thos emarkets ar eth emost volatile and could stand to drop another 20% in a "double dip".Volatility = riskAnd as it works, generally high risk reaps higher rewards, but you dont want to take unfounded risks.

We ended up purchasing a 4 unit apartment building and a single family home in rural Northern Arkansas (total of roughly $130,000 cash invested).
