So our landscaping is really nice for the area and grown out.

While the profit in the beginning was $240 over the past 2 years it has grown closer to $400.

Hey guys, Our real estate portfolio has grown to 35 doors, all ranging from single townhouses to quadplexes.

The only thing I know about it is the same owner has owned it for many years and the plants are all over grown in the yard. 

Our kids are long grown, so I can't really speak directly to school district caliber. 

Maybe they were just yanking my chain, but I was happy not to deal with other buyers. 

However, if the house is truly vacant, would the HOA be able to enforce the appearance standards in order to keep the house looking nice, or would the typical distressed property signs start showing up, I.e. over grown vegetation, newspapers piling up, etc.?

Having grown up in Germany, I grew up with very structured, left brain thinking. 

At a year in, our little monthly group meetup had grown to 15-20. 

Baylor has grown tremendously over the last several years but enrollment has been capped as of a year ago or so, so I wouldn't rely on more and more students coming to the area looking for housing.
