It's also nice that BECU doesn't limit you to locking in three total fixed rate draw throughout the life of the draw period (like PenFed), but allows you an unlimited number of times that you can lock in a fixed rate, as long as you don't exceed three fixed rate draw at one time.

I recall that one of the podcasts which was probably in the 40-56 range, there was a guy who was discussing his lease and how he gets his tenants to sign a contract with the power company which provides unlimited repairs to their utilities.
