What that means in short, if there was a termite issue, the likelihood of your insurance carrier paying out on that claim could be slim to none; however, stranger things have happened, and all policies can (and do) tend to vary - carrier to carrier.Good luck with the property, Anthony.

My dad says he first noticed it when there was a random stranger mowing the lawn, when he asked the guy why he was at our house mowing the lawn the guy said "The kid paid me $10 to mow it".

We are like friends now, and I managed to restore faith in strangers for these folks who had been treated so poorly by their family but so respectfully by a complete stranger.

Im not sure but if a birdie just happened to tell her to change the locks herself and to notify the landlord in a letter with new keyse that she lost her keys or that they were stolen and she had no time to spare for fear of a stranger having them, the landlord would be clear from locking anyone out.
