I also told the complaining neighbors that if the noise persist, to call the police and file a complaint since I had already contacted the neighbor and he “handled it” so to speak.

Ultimately, the key is to be patient, persistent, and realistic in your expectations.

Love it, here is what I would suggest from someone who cc's:Own that it's a cold call, do not try to immediately sell, and be pleasantly persistent not pushy 

But if you are persistent with cold calling, driving for dollars, door knocking, and I also recommend online marketing, you'll eventually come across some opportunities.  

Persistence does pay off. 

It takes a lot of persistence but is defiantly worth it. 

Remember, real estate is a long-term venture, so patience and persistence are key.
