I would really like to see - and appreciate - a broad discussion, to hear the views of lawyers and CPA's, on the pros and cons of LLC's, Landtrusts, personal ownership, S-Corps, partnerships, and how to use them to strike that best balance of both reduction in liability exposure and best tax planning.

I think the more common tenant tactic here would be to complete their current lease (through, say, June), sign another through June 2016, and then break THAT lease when they needed to move in October 2015.Giving essentially a year of notice of an issue, and then actively trying to find a replacement tenant, doesn't really strike me as egregious behavior, given their other possible tactics.

I think it will either go for a very low price and the people that buy the house will not be willing to foot the bill for replacement or an investor will buy it as a rental property, again not willing to replace the driveway.I want to take a preemptive strike and no longer share the driveway, I’m just not sure if I am able to do so.

An investor in the area that has far more properties then I do near the Polo Grounds threw out a 30% year-over-year decline for his properties during the festivals this year, which strikes me as ballpark accurate.I am making less then my original forecasts on festival bookings, but we are making more during the rest of the year then I anticipated.
