A big concern for me is that I am very chemically sensitive.

I would get the police involved because of the chemicals involved in the production of meth.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but there are lots of people here on BP looking for money to start their plan, but they just can't find it. 

(Routine Maintenance, Opening/Closing pool, Chemicals, Equipment, etc.)

This may sound harsh, but people getting sick and/or losing their jobs is just not our problem as landlords.

"scammer" may be too harsh for someone out there even doing "half" the expected work when some take the money and run.  

I don't mean that to sound harsh, it's just that there are so many websites out there.

In a recent forum thread, a fairly new member to our community made a post which was intended to attract readers to his own site in hopes of selling his products/services.It is clear that this person had more than adequate experience and knowledge on very important RE topics, but his approach was met with harshness as the thread started out as an attempt to receive before the give.As such, let this be an example to all new and seasoned members here at BP Nation: If you want to sell something (product or service), you will be better served in the giving, then receiving version of this topic.Example, if you want to get, then GIVE FIRST!
