We have created our own estimating software that we continue to enhance as we go.

As a remote landlord, it might give me a good grip on property condition, rather than just a few images.    

I'd like to recommend this for a future enhancement. 

Once we have a grip on our CapEx numbers, then we want to figure out what our income is likely to look like. 

Got the books, clippings, took some classes, but fear has gripped me to start.
