I was able to do that once ( had separate genders want to rent but was able to deny because my daughter was there and she didn't want it) but otherwise it doesn't bother me. i have a 2 family student rental, not mixed, but the 1st floor is boys and 2nd is girls.

Some of them are harmless, they find out that I know what I am doing and have said things like "I never knew a girl who was interested in roofing." 

If not for the education, then at least for the girls and the beer.

Basically it boils down to "do you want to have to the guy or the girl living in your unit?

In December, the girl reached out saying that she wanted to do a sublease. 

I'm sure we've all had many a long conversation (or multiple, seemingly endless conversations) with a friend who seems determined to convince us that the girl (or guy) of their dreams does, in fact, love them when all indications are that his person doesn't even know they exist or perhaps has 2-3 real partners already.
