Removing someone from the lease

I have an interesting situation with one property. I signed a lease with a couple of months ago. Yesterday, I was informed by a tenant that she just got a restraining order from the court so her fiance has to stay away from her. She faxed me the copy of the documents and asked me to remove him from the lease. This is a 3-year lease with over 2.5 years to go. She can afford the place on her own and was making a majority of the income.

How would you approach this?
