Hello guys, I am young entrepreneur with zero experience in the real estate business.

I have always aspired to be an entrepreneur and I would love to do that through passive wealth from real estate.

As a 25+ year veteran on the CRE side and an entrepreneur of CRE brokerages that have recruited 100's of brokers/agents understand not all, not nearly even many, operate in such flagrant dishonest manner.There are many many ethical and trustful agents/brokers who care deeply about what they do, and equally or more important how they go about doing it.

I am an entrepreneur at heart.

@Dana Walker, I have had good luck with Angel Investment in the past, perhaps you should check out some local entrepreneur/investment meetups in your local area?

The City of Cincinnati is comprised of around 60% renters and VERY leftist local politics (at least our last two mayoral elections were between two Democrats), so it shouldn't surprise any local investors that City Council is doing what they think is beneficial for lifelong tenants.It's very valuable to keep in mind that WE are the entrepreneurs in this equation.

Electricians do very well and being learned in a trade is a leg up when it comes to property repairs.We're lousy with 18 year old "entrepreneurs" and a small handful of them are actually working hard and succeeding.
