Starting to invest - Tax deeds? Nmd?

Hello all!

I am 19 years old from Detroit, Michigan. I have always aspired to be an entrepreneur and I would love to do that through passive wealth from real estate. I have about $10K saved up, 730 credit score, and a sales job where I’m making $30,000 a year.

How can I get started? I am looking to do Brrrr strategy. Also due to the insufficient capital, has anyone invested in tax deeds? What was the process like? And how was the renovations funded? I know in Michigan it is tax deeds primarily instead of tax liens.

All input will be greatly appreciated!

Omar
