Starting to invest - Tax deeds? Nmd?

Hello all!

I am 19 years old from Detroit, Michigan. I have always aspired to be an entrepreneur and I would love to do that through passive wealth from real estate. I have about $10K saved up, 730 credit score, and a sales job where I’m making $30,000 a year.

How can I get started? I am looking to do Brrrr strategy. Also due to the insufficient capital, has anyone invested in tax deeds? What was the process like? And how was the renovations funded? I know in Michigan it is tax deeds primarily instead of tax liens.

All input will be greatly appreciated!

Omar

@Omar Faruk I am very familiar with Tax Deeds in Florida. However I also know that Tax Deeds are not the same from state to state. You will want to google tax deeds Michigan and find out everything you can. There are plenty of resources out there just need to do the leg work. I can tell you about Florida Tax Deeds but it might not be useful information for you.
