(I have a brain injury from Iraq and can't drive, so since it was going to be a month or 2 before my VA disability check came in, I needed something within walking distance from the VA, so I ended up here.) 

--to keep on the road. get a new car (under 3 yrs and 30k miles) under warranty with the most covered in warranty; with maintenance included to a degree, get insured with business insurance & include disability so your loan is paid off if you get disabled, work gig jobs so your car will be a business expense on your taxes. since you are independent contractor you are self employed-you want lower taxes. get a car you feel comfortable doing repairs on--buy American so parts are a bit less expensive. keep you car clean. never take clients in your car. get 4X4 if you live in rural area. dont fall for that "must have luxury car" bs. 

It can be drugs, loss of job, divorce, disability, or a host of other things. 

Federally protected classes are limited to: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Familial status, National Origin, or Disability. 

Once you've done that, it disables your tenant's ability to send any payments to you.

However, I had the benefit of VA disability and working which barely made my income feasible to take out a VA loan for the duplex I now own.

Is there a way to disable their recapturing capability, without leaving the platform?

Single lines that split sprinkler and domestic water once inside structure... just not allowed to have a cutoff value along that could disable the sprinkler anywhere along the path.
