LOLI actually created a spreadsheet for myself with 6 varying levels of lifestyles. my bare whatever life is around 40k/year my standard life is around 72kcontent life is 120k>>Happy life (I think) is 360kI also have an extreme luxury life (think private jet charters, multiple mansions, a yacht, steak dinner level eating every meal) at $900k I'm totally going for the extreme luxury life, cause why not

AS real estate go I am a big believer in some one has to build these places there will be some automation.I just had one of my Singapore investors over to look at one of our projects here in Oregon.. when we were having dinner.

She was paid for 2 presidents ago..There isn't much Tracy can't do..EXCEPT take your wife to dinner or any wheres for that matter.

It's also nice to be able to set my own hours and work when I want to allowing me to take my son to school, pick him up, make dinner, etc...

And sorry, but no one is going to want to talk to you about it over a dinner party.  

I am super fast to respond as know for investments it's critical but I also know lots of decade old top producers who do not answer the phone after dinner time and are great negotiators/marketing but definitely not fast to respond they tend to do better with seller clients vs other faster agents who may be better for buyers. 

It was dinner table conversation for like a year as it dragged on.When I told my Dad that I was staring to invest in real estate, I thought he would say 'that's a terrible idea!'
