I am reminded that the Phoenixville code inspectors -- who come around each year -- look askance at the use of portable space heaters by tenants -- mostly bc of the dangers of tipping, damage to cords, and fire hazard from folks trying to dry damp clothing on them.

Some of her requests so far has been:a) Remove closet door and few weeks later add them backb) Request to change direction of door (make it open another way)c) Request to change racks in closets (instead of clothes hanger, have racks).d) There are flees and mosquito (we increased lawn mowing frequency to 2/month; spoke to neighbors to manage their pets and some more measures)and many more.

The poured cement walls were ok, it just seemed that the soil around the home would just hold the water.It had a sump pump but I had to run the original 20ft drainage 75ft away from the home to alleviate any hydrostatic dampness still coming up through the floor.
