I have a projector once it dies, I will likely change to a big flat screen smart TV.Other wiring planning:Wire it for a projector too and put a plate over the connection box in case you change your mind one way or the other.I would add wiring to where your internet router will be located so that it is easy to hook up.Plenty of outlets.Extra room in your Circuit Breaker box for expansion.Plenty of 3-way switches for lighting.Prewire for an EV.Flood light wiring outside that can be used for mounting ring cameras.

I did talk to a guy a couple years back that that had an apartment hosting a 'prostitution ring' in South akron.

Unfortunately, your words ring true.

I use Ring as the security system for my properties and I have it set-up to alert my phone when there is high traffic coming onto the property.

Not so much walking into a BoA as much as giving your Merrill Lynch guy a ring (owned by BoA).
