I'm not under any time constraints...is it wrong to have the attitude that I can make 50 "wish" offers and maybe land 1? 

There are also diversity and race problems and attitudes that are holdovers from the 1950s.

Brandon and Josh are a bit silly, but whatever, it's all good..Matt, I love the think outside the box attitude.  

I would just decline this tenant, his attitude is one of somebody who will cause you trouble in the future.

Look for people that you feel comfortable with, that have goals similar to yours, and are doing what you want to end up doing, and have a helpful attitude.
