Fighting back - CSC / Coinmach increased laundry fees by 9.75%

It would be helpful to have a breakdown of ALL refunds, clothing claim processing and vandalism/damage costs for our communities in the last 5 years, as these are specific points mentioned per CSC's informational website http://www.cscsw.com/feetransparency/.Please let me know before this admin fee gets processed and assessed on our bills. After many delayed responses and "need to check on that and get back to you", I was provided back with the clauses on the feetransparency website. After further requests for specific numbers, I received our commission check on June 16th and discovered the fee had been assessed (with a more than 50% impact reducing revenue!!)

How much would you ask your landlord for inconvenience

In this area, one month rent is about $3000.You can ask for any reduction you want, otherwise the house will be left a mess on each open house; clothes everywhere, leave the lounge a mess, bras hanging off door knobs, underpants drying in the shower, no washing up done for at least 3 days beforehand (so the sink brimming with dirty plates, cups, etc).

Landlords will you give tenants affected by virus a break on rent
21 March 2020 | 108 replies
for instance U have a rental at 700 a month in the mid west your criteria is 3X rent.. that's 2100 a month.. pay rent utls etc and that leaves about 250 a week to eat cloth and buy gas etc. so what you end up with is that renter class simply is in trouble if they got laid off temporarily for 2 weeks or 4 weeks.. so the question was not would you give charity.. but would you prefer to not have a vacancy and let them pay the missed month in later months.. thereby keeping landlord from having a vacancy and in the mid west work force housing vacancy will run 2 to 4 months worth of rent..

They care more about gas for cooking - oh, and drying clothes - than for heating, in my experience.
