The process would include: having a Chinese factory build the shipping containers in the Guangdong Provice (largest manufacturing area/ construction factories in China) ,shipping them to Tampa,setting them on a concrete slab, cutting out the center walls, welding/ connecting the container, and finishing the center part with tiles..

So if I set myself up to be an elite property manager, I figure I have two exit strategies, either just train people to do it for me under my own company, and hold them to my same cultural and productivity standards....or if I do go with another company I'll be able to confidently pick a fellow elite manager to do so.

I would probably ignore the letter and focus on being the best Landlord you can be. ya my mom is Chinese and most of the Chinese just want try to rent out and help pay a bit for the monthly payment for the house. my worry is they said in the letter we throwing away their mail/letter and making noise bothering sleeping which we did not do.

@Max Alford I think this is a really interesting question (and more complex than it might seem at first glance).A car can say a lot about a person (both good and bad), and there are a whole variety of car cultures that all have different traits.Weirdly, a car that's perfect for one realtor might be bad for another realtor, because a single car elicits different reactions in different contexts.For instance, if you show up in a Ferrari to show me (an investor) a standard $300k 1500 sq ft 3/2 in a C-class area, I'll think your car is totally out of place, and it will throw up tons of red flags.
