You could use "Lord of Land", "Prince of Parcels" "Property King" "High Priest of Real Estate" or "Guru Mentor" but I'd just go with my name without a title or just "Owner".I get a kick out seeing a person's business card with "President, CEO" of something like American Real Estate Enterprises.I know some pretty wealthy business types, their cards are more likely to be just their name centered, the lower left in smaller print is an address and a phone number on the lower right.

The HOA is also a huge mess, it's not in good standing with the state, the president is most likely pocketing the money,  he basically has no idea how to run an HOA.So having said all that and the fact that it's back on the market, I am extremely intrigued by this property...

Bill Gulley this is the website:http://www.reinvestorgroup.com/its actually pretty big now. usually 40+ people. agents, investor, insurance guys, president of hawthorn bank, wholesalers. i will be there tomorrow. it will be my last meeting since i just accepted a new job in the fort worth/ dallas, tx area.mentors are brandon dickman (flipper) and brian simmons (buy and hold) all of my wholesale deals have been sold to people at this meeting they give everyoen a chance to pitch a deal you have to offer
