Hi all,

I just came across and enrolled in a free course on negotiations through Coursera and the Univ. of Michigan. The name of the course is "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills".

The course page offers a detailed overview of the course as well as a brief introductory video. The relevance to Real Estate Investing appears pretty obvious here... On a related note, @J Scott had a great post on the topic back in the day.

If anyone is interested in seeing what other courses are offered for October, check out this post on LinkedIn.

Mods: Apologies for the outbound links. Feel free to remove if necessary.
